Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet these requirements:
- Timeframe: Request initiated within 30 days of delivery date
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact
- Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt required
- Inventory Availability: Replacement item must be in stock
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" on product page or receipt
- Personalized/customized products (unless defective)
- Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals
- Items damaged after delivery (not manufacturing defects)
Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Exchange Request
Contact us within 30 days of delivery:
- Email: support@brivalo.com
- Subject: "Exchange Request - [Order Number]"
- Include: Product name, size/color desired, reason for exchange
We respond within 24 business hours with authorization.
Step 2: Return Original Item
Ship to our London facility using provided instructions:

Step 3: Receive Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We ship replacement within 1 business day
- You'll receive new tracking information

Important Considerations
- Exchanges are limited to the same product in different size/color
- If replacement item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead
- Price differences: We charge/refund any price variance
- International exchanges not available (UK only)
